We visited Lola's this past summer while on holidays and it is simply amazing. There is also a book store in town that was nice to visit as well. It feels very small town community, which is what we were looking for.
Great local hangout with great home cooked food, but the bakes are especially good (note: shortbread cookies with caramel bits). Had the smoked tomato soup on this visit and it was amazing.
MoreNice ambiance, I loved the date bar! My decaf was a bit watery though. The pepper soup was quite tasty!
MoreAn amazing little place, grab a cinnamon bun they're soo good. Whether you'd like a quick coffee or a place to catch up with old pals this is the place to visit.
MoreGreat food and coffee
Omg the French toast!!! It had goat cheese on it and blueberry compote. Such a cute quiet place. They have all the fancy coffees and stuff to rake home. The coconut balls are delicious too.
MoreAwesome cafe, delicious coffee and tea. Fresh baked goods and a lovely breakfast menu. We had the French toast and breakfast burrito.
MoreI stopped by after 6 years ago to give the place another chance; the espresso was amazing and the service was excellent. Good job with the new location, New espresso machine, and greater customer service. See you soon.
MoreExcellent service and atmosphere. We loved the small town community feel.
Food and coffee were delicious, however the guy who took our order wasn't friendly at all, borderline unwelcoming.
MoreBest coffee in Brighton. There's coffee in all different styles available as well as other drinks besides coffee.Lots of sitting room.
MoreGreat food exceptional service!
Perfect place to pop in to on a rambling country drive. Fun food and drinks. Perfection!
MoreDelicious coffee and a still warm blueberry scone...perfect stop on a Sunday morning drive!
MoreFantastic food and the lattes are the best for 100 km around.
A hidden gem in Brighton, good food, good service and healthy choices. Lovely downtown business. Great options for gluten free and vegan too. Locally sourced ingredients too.
MoreLola’s catering at our home recently was outstanding! Delicious steak, salmon, local corn, potatoes, fresh salads! Excellent Mac and cheese, popular with adults as well as kids. Attentive service. Cleanup included.Highly recommend for your next event!.
MoreSuper cozy spot. It is in the heart of Brighton where you can lunch or breakfast on your way to a shopping spree or to a walk in the Presquile. Their soups and breads are wonderful, not to mention their sandwiches and pastries! I went last Saturday for a quick lunch with my husband and we had the Turmeric Chai Latte. It was delicious! Staff is wonderful and we love that they showcase art and music! A great spot!
MoreThe baked goods are beyond amazing. I go as often as possible for the weekend cinnamon buns
MoreGreat ambience and service, great place to enjoy a coffee and a treat or lunch!
Always a pleasure visiting with friends at Lola's. You feel more like you are hanging out in someone's lounge which lends to the overall experience. Fantastic GF food and great coffee! Sandwiches on home made bread go perfectly with freshly made soups. Everything is fresh.
MoreGood coffee. We had sandwiches and my wife loved hers but while I loved the flavour of mine, some of the meat on it was a little chewy.
MoreI have been going to Lola’s for many years. Though I only go when camping nearby, but their coffee, espresso, lattes, etc. are the best. I like it better than Starbucks.
MoreGreat coffe. Great service!
Excellent place for a cuppa coffee, cold or hot. My iced capp with almond milk was very good.
MoreWe stopped in for a takeout treat on the last day of our vacation. My wife loves the chai tea latte here. She got her fav and it was as good as ever. I got the "Red Eye" which is their house blend drip coffee with an extra shot of espresso. I was disappointed that it didn't have a deep rich coffee flavour, but it was good and hot. My wife ordered a croissant and I got a little "Slice of Heaven". We enjoyed it all when we got home. The croissant was delicious. I cut my slice of heaven in 4 to spread out the treat. The first piece was good. I saved the other 3 pieces for the future but I ate all 3 tonight. They were so good I couldn't leave them for another day. The service was good. The prices were reasonable for a specialty baked goods and coffee shop.
MoreGreat spot. Fab coffee.
Baking and espresso based drinks are decent but find the drip coffee fairly consistently bland and lacking in body. Maybe not as fresh as it needs to be when I’ve been in, not sure.
MoreGreat little coffee shop! Friendly staff and delicious choices of hot beverages and fresh lunch/snack items. We appreciate the quality, freshness and taste! Thank you!
MoreExcellent coffee, great service and yummy food
Wonderful welcoming atmosphere! Loved the breakfast burrito and french toast that we tried. Husband and I were very impressed with the menu items, totally worth the price. Check it out!
MoreMy Reuben was packed with corned beef. Her chicken club was as well. From her perspective the only downside was the lack of mayo in her club.
MoreThe sandwich was tasty and good coffee
Quick, friendly service and great coffee!
It's a great light lunch and dessert place. The service great as well
Love the atmosphere here and the food is top notch. Kid friendly and delicious baked goods. I had the 3 cheese bean burrito with the cilantro lime crema and it is one of the best foods I have ever tasted!
MoreMy favorite coffee place....and they make great food
Cute little cafe serving speciality coffee and tea. Add a homemade treat and conversation for a complete small town a experience.
MoreGreat breakfast sandwich and specialty coffee!
We ended up at Lola's Coffee House when we woke up to a rainy camping morning. This cozy cafe was so inviting for my family of 5 (we brought our 3 kids here). The breakfast was delicious (kids had french toast and my husband and I had westerns), drinks were perfect (coffee, London fog, hot chocolate and apple ciders). To top it off a delightful lady (I don't know her name but she did refer to herself as Yaya -grandmother in Greek), while clearing our table, recognized my youngest was a little grumpy and took her time to help cheer her up. We all left with smiles on our faces and our bellies perfectly full! We will definitely come back if/when we are back in the area. It was absolutely delightful!
MoreLove the coffee, love the teas. Great artwork, great extras like hats and scarves, incenses, angel cards, local handmade jewelry. Love it!
MoreMore than just a coffee house. Great farm to table lunch options and nice atmosphere.
MoreNice coffee, if you appreciate coffee then come here while passing through Brighton. Be careful alif asking for an extra shot as they can be strong coffees! Their quiches are also delicious too so I suggest you stop in for lunch.
MoreGood but pricy
In my humble opinion, best place for a crazy fancy coffee and some really good baked goods, soup and sandwiches. Nice little piece of class for the Brighton downtown strip.
MoreNice cafe serving good coffee, treats that taste home-made, and light meals. It's a mandatory stop whenever I am in Brighton.
MoreDecent coffee house. Tad small. Not great for a group of 6 or more.
Fantastic service with Unbeatable food available!Thank you for the amazing selection of healthy eats:) will see you again!
